We take great care when packaging each item before shipping however, we will work with you in the event an item was received damaged. We understand the damage was not due to careless packaging, but feel that happy customers are our priority! We ship using United States Postal Service only at this time. In the event a damaged package was received, we will file the claim with the PO on our end, but you will need to pay the return shipping to us. In order for this to work, we must receive an e-mail detailing the reason for the return within 7 business days of the receipt of the order. All return requests after 7 days, will be denied. You must return the item in the condition you received it.
